By accessing or using Perkzy.co, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any Perkzy loyalty and engagement service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable order, plan or service-specific terms.
2. Perkzy Services
Perkzy provides loyalty, rewards, customer engagement, marketing and reporting tools. Features may vary by plan, configuration and product version. We may improve, modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service.
3. Account Use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Business information supplied to Perkzy should be accurate and kept current.
4. Plans, Fees & Payments
Applicable plan fees, taxes, billing periods and payment terms will be communicated during purchase or subscription. By purchasing a paid service, you authorise the applicable charges through the selected payment method.
Fees paid for Perkzy subscriptions, setup, services or digital products are generally non-refundable once the applicable service or billing period has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Perkzy expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a right to a refund for an already-billed period.
5. Data & Security

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should also use strong passwords, limit access and follow good security practices.

Perkzy may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse, fraud, non-payment, material breach or legal requirements. You may stop using the service in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to your plan.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perkzy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
